Shortly after forming Feller & Wendt, LLC™, Feller & Wendt obtained a public defender criminal defense contract for Weber County, Utah, which required Matt to be in a courtroom almost daily for three years arguing motions and trying cases.
Since 2009, Feller & Wendt, LLC™ has become a multi-jurisdictional personal-injury law firm with offices in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. Matt has received his Bar license in each of these jurisdictions and has been involved in trial work and has successfully litigated cases against trucking companies, residential care facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, and large corporations. Shortly after being licensed in Utah, Matt argued the notable Utah Supreme Court Case of Zeller v. Nixon, 2015 UT 57.
