Jason Studinski was raised in Central Wisconsin as the youngest of six children. Jason was a standout student, and after graduating high school he joined the Army National Guard. He made his way through college by working several part time jobs and winning numerous scholarships in addition to his military service. In three and a half years, Jason graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Jason graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1998, where he was a member of the Moot Court team. His upbringing fostered a desire to serve and the realization that everyone has a story to tell. This led Jason to a career focused on advocating for Wisconsin accident victims, where he fights tirelessly for individuals suffering from serious injuries, abuse, and neglect. His focus led him to publish the book, “How to Keep Your Loved One Safe in a Wisconsin Nursing Home” to better educate others about the importance of elder care.
In addition to fighting for the rights of the forgotten, the abused, and the victimized, Jason has distinguished himself as an authority in nursing home abuse and neglect cases, truck wreck cases, and other personal injury cases, having written several articles and lecturing across the United States and Canada about this and other legal issues. Jason does this with the hope of helping other lawyers better serve their clients in all areas including, truck accidents, car accidents, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, nursing home neglect, work-related accidents, and all other areas of personal injury law in Wisconsin.
Jason approaches every case as if it is his only case and knows wholeheartedly that his success depends on listening to his clients and their families. He strives to handle cases aggressively, but with a caring heart and believes you and your story should be the centerpiece.
When he is not working on behalf of his clients, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include hunting, dog training, fishing, canoeing, hiking, and reading.
